These Terms & Conditions apply to all subdomains and services offered under growbiz10x.com and its subdomains, operated by GrowBiz Online LLP (“the Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

We assume you accept these Terms & Conditions in full by accessing this website or platform. Do not continue to use GrowBiz DeepScan if you do not accept all of the terms stated on this page.

Terminology

The following terminology applies to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any or all Agreements:

• “Client”, “You”, “Your” — the person accessing this platform and accepting the Company's terms.
• “The Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us” — GrowBiz Online LLP, the registered operator of GrowBiz DeepScan.
• “Service” — the GrowBiz DeepScan AI visibility scanning platform, including all APIs, dashboards, scan engines, and associated tools.
• “Scan” — the automated process of querying third-party AI platforms using your business name or domain to analyse your AI visibility.
• “Credits” — the in-platform currency consumed when running scans or executing fix actions.
• “Party”, “Parties” — refers to both the Client and the Company, or either one individually.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to deliver our services to the Client, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing laws of India.

Description of Service

GrowBiz DeepScan is an AI visibility detection platform that helps businesses understand how they appear in AI-powered search and recommendation systems. Our services include:

• AI Visibility Scans: Your business name and domain are submitted as queries to third-party AI platforms — including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini, and Perplexity — and the responses are analysed to determine how prominently your business appears.
• Visibility Reports: Detailed reports showing how AI systems currently perceive and recommend your business, presented as a scored visibility index.
• Gap Analysis: Identification of topics, queries, and AI platforms where your business is under-represented or absent.
• Actionable Recommendations: Prioritised, evidence-backed suggestions to improve your AI discoverability.
• Fix Actions: Automated tools to implement recommended visibility improvements (credit-consuming).
• 90-Day Programmes: Guided week-by-week playbooks with milestones and progress tracking.
• Ongoing Monitoring: Trend tracking of your AI visibility score over time.

Account Terms

To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your business name and domain.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Immediately notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be at least 18 years old or hold a valid business registration that authorises your use.
• Only submit business domains and data that you own or have explicit authorisation to analyse.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without prior notice.

AI Data Processing & Third-Party Providers

By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the following AI data processing practices:

Each third-party AI provider operates under its own terms and privacy policies. By using GrowBiz DeepScan you also agree to be bound by:

• OpenAI Terms of Use
• Anthropic Usage Policy
• Google Terms of Service
• Perplexity Terms of Service

We do not sell or share your business data with any third party other than the AI API providers listed above, and only for the purpose of running your scans. Your data is never used to train external AI models.

Data Storage & Retention

We store the following data in our secure cloud database:

• Scan results and AI responses — retained for the lifetime of your account to enable historical trend views.
• Gap analysis and playbook tasks — stored per scan cycle, updated as you complete programme steps.
• Credit transactions — full transaction history is retained for billing and dispute resolution.
• Account profile data — name, email, business domain, and preferences.

Upon account deletion or termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days by emailing [email protected]. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.

Credits & Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based usage model:

• Free Credits: New accounts receive complimentary credits to try the Service.
• Credit Top-Ups: Additional credits can be purchased on demand through the platform.
• Subscription Plans: Monthly or annual plans include a fixed credit allocation that resets each billing period. Unused subscription credits do not carry forward.
• Credit Usage: Credits are consumed when running scans or executing fix actions. Credit costs are displayed before each action.
• Non-Transferable: Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred, gifted, or combined with another account.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway regulated in India. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. GrowBiz Online LLP does not store your card or banking details.

Refunds

New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if you have run fewer than 3 scans. Credit top-up refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Renewal charges, used credits, and plan downgrades are generally non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including the Information Technology Act 2000 (India).
• Scan businesses, domains, or brands that you do not own or have explicit authorisation to analyse.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempt to manipulate, deceive, or game AI platforms in ways that violate their own terms of service.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms or prompts used by the Service.
• Engage in automated bulk usage beyond your plan's allocated API limits.
• Resell, sub-license, or redistribute access to the Service without written authorisation from GrowBiz Online LLP.
• Use the Service for competitive intelligence against GrowBiz Online LLP itself.

Licence & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, GrowBiz Online LLP and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the platform design, scan engine, scoring algorithms, playbook framework, and all content published on growbiz10x.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may view and print pages from growbiz10x.com for your own personal or business use, subject to the restrictions set in these Terms. You must not:

• Republish any material from growbiz10x.com without written permission.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license any material from growbiz10x.com.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any material from growbiz10x.com for commercial purposes.
• Redistribute content from GrowBiz DeepScan (unless content is explicitly made available for redistribution).

Your data remains yours. You retain full ownership of your business data. By using the Service you grant GrowBiz Online LLP a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By using GrowBiz DeepScan you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies enable us to maintain your authenticated session, remember your preferences, and analyse platform usage to improve the Service. Some of our authentication and analytics partners may also set their own cookies. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect platform functionality.

Hyperlinking to Our Content

The following organisations may link to our website without prior written approval:

• Government agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Search engines and news organisations.
• Online directory distributors listing us in the same manner as other businesses.
• Accredited businesses, excluding non-profit soliciting organisations and charity fundraising groups.

Any such link: (a) must not be misleading; (b) must not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval; and (c) must fit within the context of the linking party's site.

No use of the GrowBiz Online LLP or GrowBiz DeepScan logo or other branded artwork will be permitted for linking absent a written trademark licence agreement.

Without prior approval and express written permission, you may not create frames around our web pages or use other techniques that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of the GrowBiz DeepScan platform or website.

Content Liability

We shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your website or business listings. You agree to indemnify and defend us against all claims arising out of or based upon your website or content. No link to the GrowBiz DeepScan platform may appear on any page containing content that is libelous, obscene, criminal, or which infringes, or advocates the infringement of, any third-party rights.

Disclaimers

Nothing in this disclaimer will limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROWBIZ ONLINE LLP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

To the extent that any part of the Service is provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from use of that free portion.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through the billing settings page.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination by emailing [email protected]. Any unused credits at the time of termination are subject to our Refund Policy.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right at any time and in our sole discretion to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. You agree to immediately remove all links to our website upon such request. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and our linking policy at any time. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms.

Removal of Links from Our Website

If you find any link on our website objectionable for any reason, you may contact us at [email protected]. We will consider requests to remove links but will have no obligation to do so or to respond directly to you.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. GrowBiz Online LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India, and all disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
