Credits and Payments

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credit Purchases: Additional credits can be purchased through our platform
• Subscription Plans: Monthly or annual plans include allocated credits
• Credit Usage: Credits are consumed when running scans or executing fix actions
• Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire; subscription credits reset each billing period

Refund Policy

Unused credits from one-time purchases may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, but you may cancel future renewals at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Scan businesses or domains you do not have authorization to analyze
• Attempt to manipulate or game AI systems in ways that violate their terms
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with the Service's security or infrastructure
• Engage in automated usage beyond normal API limits
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by GrowBiz DeepScan and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your business data and content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROWBIZ DEEP SCAN OS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
