• For performance of a contract — processing credit purchases, subscription plans, and any other contracts with you through the Service.
• To contact you by email or push notification regarding updates, security alerts, or information related to features and services you use.
• To provide you with news and offers about products or services similar to those you have purchased or enquired about, unless you have opted out.
• To manage your requests — attending to and resolving support or contact requests.
• For business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your Personal Data may be among the assets transferred.
• For analytics and improvement — data analysis, usage trend identification, promotional campaign effectiveness, and platform improvement.

• For business transfers — in connection with any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition.
• With affiliates — we may share your information with affiliates who are required to honour this Privacy Policy.
• With business partners — to offer you certain products, services, or promotions, only with your prior knowledge.
• With your consent — for any other purpose to which you explicitly agree.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies.

Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when used to improve the security or functionality of the Service, or when we are legally obligated to retain it for longer. Scan results and AI responses are retained for the lifetime of your active account to enable historical trend analysis. Upon account deletion, all AI scan responses and related data are permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by law. Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in processing are located.
